Ik ben ontzettend tevreden, ben goed geholpen vanaf het inchecken tot aan het uitchecken. Een warme welkom, vriendelijke personeel. Er wordt echt aandacht besteed aan de tevredenheid van de klant. Qua locatie, activiteiten en eten zeker waard voor een volgende keer. Vooral de service van de heer Serkan en de chefkok Özkan erg dankbaar voor. Bellboy Nuri en Ali, mevrouw Esma van de lobby en Zeynep van de receptie ook super vriendelijk, dank daarvoor.
