It has become our tradition to visit this hotel every year, and it never disappoints. Due to a technical issue, our room wasn’t available upon arrival, but we were kindly given a wonderful upgrade instead. As always, everything was excellent. Breakfast and dinner were amazing - enough choices for a 3-year-old kid too :-) lunch break was excellent as well - the entire food service just amazing. Additionally, all the people working there were SUPER friendly, and Mr. Stoiser was an excellent host ALSO to kids :-)!!!!

The room was huge, the supper the first night was truly exceptional. We stayed at a time when very few other guests were there, so it was very quiet - also the SPA area was equally quiet. The pool and Sauna are small but great, especially considering often we were the only visitors. Staff was great.

Very nice and clean hotel, with big, warm, quiet and comfortable room (we had one suite) and very good breakfast. The dinner was good but not so spectacular like breakfast. The thermal area is ok, but many pools are outside, so we was happy the november weather wasn't rainy. We had a nice weekend in this hotel and we would like to come back again.
