I had an excellent stay at Apollo Achtquartier! The location is great—peaceful yet close to everything you might need. The rooms are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering a perfect mix of comfort and style. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything—from local tips to special requests. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made a big difference and really elevated the whole experience. This is a really good hotel, excellent in every way but I will especially mention the facilities for those travelling by bicycle - it has a dedicated, locked storage room for bikes with power sockets for charging e-bikes.

I stayed one night with my family and it was great. The room was spacious, the beds were comfy and it was very clean. The breakfast was good with friendly staff. The best part was the outdoors, with lots of toys and a playground; our kind enjoyed it very much. I would recommend this accommodation for families.

Amazing location next to the lake. The views from the rooms and the restaurant hall were spectacular! The hall building was so clean and fresh and the indoor pool was just on the top! Excellent hospitality and service. The staff was friendly and always polite! Don't miss dinner at the hotel's restaurant. It was made from high quality products and the chef was absolutely professional! The dinner menus were different every night, very tasty and perfectly presented! As for the breakfast it was buffet style with a varied selection of local products for every taste! For travellers who are planning to visit Hallstatt, it is a really convenient location cause you take the bus 150 (station 500 m. from Seerose Hotel) to Bad Ischl and after 45 minutes you can switch to train or other bus to Hallstatt. In addition, it is only 35 minutes away from Salzburg. One of the best accomodation ever in Austria! Thank you very much, we are definitely coming back!

Accommodation: The room was spacious. There was a big bed, a corner with the couch and a terrace with 2 sun loungers. It was a very quiet room with a mountain (and only partial lake) view. And there was a prepared bag with additional towels for the pool! Everything was exceptionally clean. The room is equipped with external blinds on the window/door to terrace. The room has a movable curtain, covering the glass wall of the shower cabin - if you wish to know what is happening inside ;) Location: the hotel is located in the middle of the town. It takes only 5 minutes to get to the lake embankment or few more minutes to the public beach. It is surrounded by restaurants. Personnel: they are amazing! They speak German and English. And they are very helpful and friendly! Breakfast: it is great! It consists of different meat and cheese slices, vegetables, fruits and spreads. There was a variety of fresh juices. There were boiled eggs and scrambled eggs as well. Parking: they have their own territory for parking or they can provide you with an allowance to park on the public parking. Public parking is just 3 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Benefits: there is a sauna. There is even a pool on the roof with the amazing view!

The Spa was fantastic, recently refurbished it was so relaxing and made our stay! The breakfast had a wide range of food and was in a relaxed atmosphere. The grounds were lovely and well maintained, car parking underground too. Reception and Breakfast staff very helpful!
