Everything exceeded expectations on an exceptional scale. The location was stunning, the breakfast delightful, and the sun terrace a perfect spot to relax. Absolutely fantastic accommodation, clean spacious apartments. Phenomenal breakfast, great selection of quality ingredients, from a diverse range of juices to a selection of salami and cheese. You can order omelette, scrambled eggs or hamenex. I recommend trying their ESS bar restaurant for dinner - it deserves a Michelin star. Extremely helpful staff, including the owner, who always talked to us at the bar and took care of the guests. Great respect - one of the best accommodations we've been to.

We had a great stay in Tristenau. Maria, the manager of the apartments, was very helpful at all times and even recommended us amazing hiking trips. The room was perfectly equipped and the beds very comfy. The kitchen was also very complete. On top of that, the sauna and the wellness area were very cozy too. However, our favorite thing has to be the breakfast, I woke up so excited every morning to have breakfast... amazing! We could also see sheeps through our window :) super cute. We would definitely repeat here. Thanks a lot for everything P&R

The two ladies at breakfast were so pleasant and made every effort to make sure we had everything we needed. Made waking up a pleasure. The breakfast buffet was the best we've ever had at any hotel. The lakeside lounge area was also special. The rooftop spa area was tastefully done with views over the lake and mountains, although a 2pm opening time for the sauna felt overly restrictive.

Surrounded by a 70,000 m² meadow, this friendly spa hotel, which has been run by the same family for 3 generations, is located in the centre of Pertisau, on Tyrol’s Lake Achen.

Outstanding hotel with the most welcoming and helpful owners and staff. A really great place to visit. Beautiful room, superb food and fantastic facilities from the swimming pool to bikes and close to Achensee and the golf course.

Lovely rooms, fantastic deck on the water. The deck restaurant has lovely healthy menu. The girls at the front desk were incredibly helpful and positive.
