The receptionist was very kind and well trained. We wanted the room with a balcony and he arranged it without any problem. I also liked the size of the room, the sauna, and the pool.
The food was quite good, the dinner could be a little bit better, some dishes were basic and portions were really small. The breakfast was very good.
The sauna was very good, it was big and clean, there was also a selection of tea, nuts and water always available.
The location of the hotel is perfect. A ski depo was great.

Breakfast and dinner were great, wellness area too, family room spacious, staff friendly and helpful, well-heated room for ski equipment, 150 m from the cable car

breakfast was good, storage for skies was good, the hotel is practically on ski slopes. Very clean. Big room, with extra space for closet. Great saunas!

Location is great for both the skiing activities and the apres-ski fun. Food: good selection for breakfast and Dinner even better! Very creative menu and deliciously prepared food of different choices. Well done!

Great facilities such as spa / sauna, swimming pools (in/outdoor), lobby bar, etc.
Parking in front of the hotel, or in nearby garage! All is well organized.

Great staff, allowed us to change and shower after the skiing even though we already checked out. Hotel is on the ski track, and they have great locker rooms where you can leave your ski boots to dry off. Spa after the cold day is great, especially hot tube outside. Great breakfast and dinner, nice lobby bar with excellent cocktails (strawberry mojito is one of the best I tried) and fun games like table football or pool table, just pure enjoyment
