The hotel was modern, clean, and very conveniently located across from the metro station which made getting around easy. I didn’t notice any bothersome noise from the train. Check in and out was easy during normal hours.

A wonderful impression from our stay at the hotel! Excellent service reminiscent of “old Vienna” – politeness, payment upon checkout with no deposits, valet parking, and the impeccable appearance of the staff. It left the best impressions. I would say one of the the best things about the hotel was welcoming from the entrance to the room. Front office/reception team was lovely. Both Karoline and Caroline has replied all our queries swiftly & kindly. Also, the room was very stylish, well occupied and warm like home.
