This is a beautiful hotel with warm, welcoming staff. We stayed for our honeymoon and the hotel certainly made us feel special. The breakfast is amazing, the rooms are gorgeous and we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. We stayed for 3 nights originally but loved it so much we opted to stay for an additional 2 nights. Perfectly located in the centre of Bruges too.

I recently stayed at a lovely apartment in Brugge, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is awesome. Location was perfect, just a few steps from city center in a quiet road. The room is quite small, but it is ok for Europe standards. They offer all the amenities of a 5-star hotel, and everything worked fine.
