Location is perfect - very close to the lift Food is great - both breakfast buffet and dinner Rooms are spacious and sparkling clean Lobby is nice for evening drinks and board games Spa is good - highly recommend the massages - the guy is professional with long physio career! He knows what he is doing!

Perfect value quality/money. The spa included a small heated pool, another pool also inside, steam sauna and dry sauna. Sunchairs outside and inside. Also a gym area. For us, the food was more than ok, same breakfast every day but I don’t think we eat that variaty at home in a week anyway. Dinner was delicious and the cakes for desert added one kilo to the scale. The room we booked was renovated and clean but very small, also we didn’t care about that, we came to climb the mountains, not to watch TV.

Great facilities (pool, saunas, kids club), very central location, good quality breakfast Also, special thanks to the staff at all stations: front desk, food&beverage, spa, kids camp - all staff members were very professional and friendly. General Manager (Yordan) puts a lot of effort in making guest experience great and run the hotel efficiently.

Breakfast and dinner were better than I was expected. Big variety of dishes. Swimming pool with warm water. My children played there for hours and didn't want to go out. Sauna, aroma sauna and steam room were very good. It was good facilities for relaxation after skiing. Room was spacious and warm. All wet clothes dried quickly.

We had the best time in the hotel. We stayed in a finish chalet and it was magical. The breakfast was delicious. Spa and massage were very relaxing Would definitely recommend

Rooms are spacious, staff were very friendly, breakfast and dinner was amazing. Many options, you will never get bored. Free wine and beer with half board option every night. Salads and vegetables were so fresh and tasty, you don’t get same taste in uk. Spa was great- sauna, steam room, pool, relaxation area. All you need after long day on slopes. Free shuttle to slopes every 20 mins.
