This hotel is great, spa was good and the staff really polite. It is really clean and well maintained. The fact that there are 2 SPA centers and children are not allowed in one of those is an excellent idea. ( I have 2 children). The size of the apartment was actually bigger than expected.

We loved staying at Lovna Residence. The staff went above and beyond, the location was outstanding with great walks around and also very close to Devin. The room was lovely, warm, clean and tidy. Perfect location for Eagle's Eye climb (as well as Devil's Path). There is a stable that offers horse riding next door, and the person in charge was super kind. Our room had an amazing view of the Rhodope mountain at sunset. The 'mekitsi' for breakfast are really good.
