Everything was excellent, you can’t show it on pictures or explain in words. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and big, every 3 days the rooms are cleaned and everything changed, the pools are crystal clear, staff is very nice and polite, the greenery is very beautifull and the staff is maintaining it everyday. All in all, a very very nice experience and i would recommend everyone to go there

We chose the Biljana Hotel for its beach location, view, and indoor heated pool. We want to congratulate the hotel manager for training staff to keep the level of a high-class establishment. All of the staff members are professional, efficient kind and polite, always ready to go beyond their duty to help and solve problems. They knew the standards and followed the house rules carefully, with a smile. The all-inclusive meals are tasty and varied. One can always choose fish (marinated and/or cooked), pork, beef and chicken. The warm menu (including soups) differs every day, keeping the salad choice and dessert constant. It was astonishing the hotel managed to keep the variety of choices even if there were only a few guests in-house. The spa offers a good choice of service and the indoor pool (heated to 26°C) is better than you would imagine seeing the pictures. Its size allows you to swim 50 meters if you take the whole loop! The hotel is ON the beach, so the elevator gets you right there! The room we chose had a full view over the beach, sea and old town island so it was a dream! It is seldom that a hotel has a real fridge! I mean a fridge with compressor, very silent, that can provide 4°C or less! Great choice! As for the vicinity, there is a very good supermarket 3 minutes walk away, the old town can be reached half an hour on foot. Excellent.

We were staying in sunny beach and were messed around with our hotel and then had food poisoning for the whole week. We decided to book your beautiful hotel on the last day for a bit of luxury and to make us still feel like we had a holiday. The rooms were so clean and instantly smelt fresh as you walked in them. The food and drinks were top quality with staff everywhere ensuring hygiene regulations were met. Everyone was so friendly, especially the receptionist who made us feel so welcome. The sky bar was out of this world and the pool was amazing. We loved how comfy the sun beds were! Thank you so so much for making us fall in love with nessebar!

We had a great time at this apartment – it’s perfectly located near the beach and the new town. The place is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The kitchen has everything you need, the living room is big and cozy, and the bedroom has super comfortable bed. - the resort was well organised, everyone had a job and the target was to do it as well as possible (so I dare to say there is a great management team) - the pools area was daily cleaned - a lot of sunbeds around the pools (mention: we had our stay at the begining of season) - a lot of attractions and activities for children (including animation team, kids corner, water park) - bottles of water in the room, water dispenser and coffee machine on each floor - special phone number for complaints and suggestions (we had an issue during our stay, so I used the phone line mentioned and the manager offered a quick response in a very proactive way) - very good food, a lot of choises for every taste (even if the hotel was full, there was always food on plates and never waiting lines; lot of choises for snacks too (pizza, icecream, prezels, hotdogs - very big rooms and every day cleaning, very big an confortable beds - beach towels offered for free with the possibility of daily change
