I was expecting excellent, this was still one step up. Nothing more needed; had a great spa visit, great dinner and a good night sleep. Great garage for car.

Absolutely wonderful apartment complex in the center of Flims. Big spacious rooms, very clean, good heating system incl. floor heating. Bread delivery to your door in the morning was a lovely welcoming touch. We enjoyed game room with billiard and table tennis.

We loved the hotel and were made to feel very welcome. Staff were cheerful, friendly and attentive. Our rooms were clean and beautifully furnished and we loved having access to the balcony and mountain views. The spa is also lovely and we visited every day. Mealtimes were great. There was lots of choice; food was fresh, well cooked and tasty and breakfast supplies were replenished continually. The staff even made us a packed lunch to take with us as we left before breakfast on the last day.
