The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, beautiful dishes, warm water and drinkable water. The private bathroom clean and modern was more than expected. Last but not least, very quiet surrounded by nature and very easy access to the center of town with the used of the trams and buses. I appreciated the host explained to us which bus to take to get to the lake Zurich and we had a swim on our very first day which will be one of our greatest memory. The host granted us a few hours to accommodate our needs on our day of checking out.

You can't find many hotels in Zurich offering two separate bedrooms with common living space and Acasa is one of them. The hotel is in a nice area with many shops and facilities. I recentlystayed at FIVE Zurich, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The hotel is located about 3–4 kilometers from the city center, but getting there is easy due to good train connections. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by a staff member named George, who took the time to introduce me to the hotel and its facilities. I didn’t feel the need to dine outside the hotel because the food offered was truly good. Additionally, I had the privilege of meeting some of the kindest and most professional waitstaff I’ve ever encountered. A special mention goes to the wonderful staff member who, outside of her working hours, kindly offered to take photos of me around the hotel. Her gesture truly enhanced my stay. Overall, my experience at FIVE Zurich was remarkable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return. The combination of outstanding service, convenient location, and excellent amenities made my stay unforgettable.
