The breakfast was excellent, with a generous buffet offering a wide selection of fresh and delicious dishes. The location is perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to all main spots. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

From start to finish the experience was amazing, the hospitality was outstanding from the owners and loved that it is family run and the laid back atmosphere. No question or request was too much and they always had time to answer anything or get anything we needed. The location was perfect for us to access the slopes, walk our dog around the area and enjoy the beautiful scenery. We arrived late on the first night and went to find something to eat but everything was closed, the chef kindly made us some pasta and this just shows the ethos here and they really do go above and beyond. We even had breakfast after we checked out and there was no feeling of being rushed or ushered out. The spa is a nice touch but the best feature by far is the fire and the cosy feel around the hotel. We loved every moment. There's a ski storage room with heated boot racks which is another great addition, they really thought about everything needed to make an excellent experience.

Everything was perfect. From the welcome drink and cake to the last day of the stay. Everybody at the hotel was really friendly and helpful. The location was great. The view from the hotel terrace was amazing. The breakfast was excellent with a lot to choose from and definitely quality food. The room was spacious with big cupboards, wooden furniture and beautiful materials. The room was always clean and tidy. The village is really beautiful, safe and there is a lot to see and experience nearby.

We had a wonderful experience at the Hotel Bella Tola & Spa in Switzerland, a beautifully restored hotel set in a magical location. The staff were friendly, accomodating and really helped make it such a special experience. I proposed to my girlfriend whilst we were staying and they really made extra effort to make it memorable including roses and decoration of the room, advice on champagne etc. They have mutliple restaurants on site and the mountain view is stunning!

The apartment was five star, recently redecorated and nothing missing during our stay. 5-10 minutes walk to the City's car park, supermarket, bus station, and cable car. Saas-Fee is peaceful destitation (never met crowd or queue) in the summer for hiking and skiing (yes skiing in summer above 3500 meter!). The local taxes includes unlimited Postbus and cable car usage in Saastal. Marmots everywhere on the hills :)
