To whoever thinking to book this place, don’t judge the room by its picture. In reality the room is way better then the picture !! We book for 2 rooms and the reception giving us a connecting room. We are traveling with a children and this is very valuable to us. The hotel rated 4 stars, but it is underrated, it should be 5 stars. The breakfast is good, hotel staff is superb !!! The room is superb, comfortable, clean and luxurious.

Staying at Hotel Fiescherblick was one of the highlights of our whole trip. The staff truly made us feel like a part of their family from the moment we walked in the door; owners Lars and Matthias went above and beyond to help us book activities, plan our itinerary, and offer gestures that really made us feel welcome. The hotel itself is beautiful and modern and in an incredibly picturesque location in the center of town, surrounded by breathtaking mountains right outside the doorstep. The hotel restaurant also served one of the best meals we had on our trip. Staying here is a very special experience and we'll definitely be back!

Literally everything. Everything was amazing and especially the staff, they were super friendly that my friend and I both felt deeply welcomed by the hotel.

Its proximity to major attractions is excellent, with the Grindelwald First cable car station just a short walk away, making it perfect for both winter sports and summer hiking. - Facilities: The hotel beautifully blends modern design with a traditional Alpine chalet style. One of the highlights is the 800m² 'Fire and Ice Spa,' which includes multiple saunas and an outdoor whirlpool. This spa area was definitely a favorite during my stay. - Rooms: The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities. I particularly appreciated the Nespresso coffee maker, daily restocked minibar, and yoga mats. For those looking for a touch of luxury, some rooms come with private saunas and fireplaces. - Dining: Dining at the on-site restaurant, BG's Grill, was a delight. The breakfast and dinner offerings were excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality food to choose from. - Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. We stayed at the hotel for a week and couldn't understand why its rating on Booking.com is only 8.4. The hotel met or exceeded our expectations on all fronts: Location 10 Room 10 Facilities 10 Bar area 10 (nice and cozy) Reception staff 10 (I noticed several negative reviews in Booking.com, not justified in my view) Food 10: the hamburger was the best I have ever tasted (seriously. and I am a hamburger person), and the fillet mignon was fantastic Breakfast: excellent choice, great omelettes Spa 10 (Massage therapist (Marta) 10, amazing massage) Staff 10 With amazing views to the Eiger from our room it was a wonderful overall experience. We have stayed at several hotels in Grindelwald in the past. This is the first one we want to come back to, and expect to do so twice a year.
