This hotel is amazing. From check in to check out I have not one bad thing to say. We arrived at the train station and just had to call the hotel to bring us via private transport. We got a free upgrade to a deluxe family room which was great. I cannot fault this stay at all would highly recommend.

The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas.

Hotel Bristol is a family run hotel which is nice to see with family albums. It deserves to be 4 stars. The rooms are clean and nice with balcony with Matterhorn view that is really nice. It is conveniently located with the shuttle bus (free with ski day pass) taking you to all the gondolas for the ski slopes. The breakfast was good and the bar cosy. They have a free taxi service to take you to the train station. The spa is very complete with spa and Finnish and bio sauna and many more.

Centrally located in Zermatt, 300 metres from the train station, Hotel Walliserhof Zermatt is built in typical Valais chalet style and offers a spa area with sauna and a hot tub.

Had an absolutely perfect stay. The hotel is cozy but also feels luxurious. Everything is nice and clean. The breakfast was so delicious, it had everything and even more you wish a breakfast included. The fitness, spa and the pool are perfect for everyone who loves to work out, but also enjoys relaxing and recovering. The spa is super clean and even offers small snacks. The best thing however was the staff. Everyone was super welcome, warm and always available. As a solo traveler, it is extra nice when you feel looked after. Every morning I left a note about which trail I would explore, and every time I came back in the afternoon, I received the nicest welcome. I really felt liked they cared about my me and my safety. The best place to stay in Zermatt and I will definitely return. Thank you very much for the best stay in Zermatt.

We had the room on the top floor. The room, the facilities, the view, everything was exceptional. Also the build quality of the room to the last detail was great. The pool was great also, just the right size and great ambient at the pool. Great for kids to have fun and for adults to relax. At breakfast you had a big selection of food. Everything was good. Close to the hotel you have a supermarket, the train to Gornergrat is close as well, the bus stop is also very close. Friendly and helpful staff. If we would come again to Zermatt, we would definitely pick this place again.

The Zermatt Budget Rooms are underground and come with free WiFi and TV, a 5-minute walk away from the Sunnegga Cable Car and the Glacier Express.

Beautiful lodge with lovely facilities, excellent breakfast and helpful staff. Really well designed and large, spacious rooms.

Opened in December 2012, Hotel Matterhorn Lodge is located in the historic centre of Zermatt. Decorated in a classic Alpine style, it features a wellness area with 3 different saunas.

Stylish nice hotel. Spacious cleanroom finished with taste. Comfy bed. Superb breakfast.Great location - close to everything (main street with restaurants is 3 mins away, bus and cable car station is also few mins walk). Extremely helpful staff.It was our first trip to Zermatt and stay at Lodge but definitely not the last one.Overall we consider Lodge as one of the best hotels we ever visited in Europe.
