The woman who checked us in could not have been more friendly and helpful. She was simply very wonderful. Regrets I do not remember her name. Each coming and going she was there with a smile. Answered all our questions. 5 stars! The breakfast was the best of all the hotels we stayed at during our 9 day journey- We stayed at a total of 4 hotels. The food was plentiful, well prepared and lots of options. We did have a very nice view of the Matterhorn, Room 502, I believe. The TV was on when we entered with a welcoming remark and then a video of a crackling fireplace. Perfect. Best of all was the employee at the check desk.

The hotel is extremely pleasant, a great share of Swiss hostelry. Location is great, 2 minutes from the center and super quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is extremely clean, and swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi are perfect after a long sight-seen day. We can only recommend warmly, and wished we stayed longer.

Everything was excellent, the staff was really friendly and accomodating. Even gave us keys to put our luggage in lockers when we checked out. The apartments were huge, the bathrooms were immaculate and the kitchen was fully equipped. Bed was also VERY comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional, huge variety and attention to detail. Probably one of the best hotels I ever visited.
