THE STAFF WERE SO AMAZING AT THIS HOTEL. All of the staff made my family and i feel so welcomed, comfortable and overall cared for. It felt like they were family or old friends that we had known for years and they did absolutely everything they could to help us all while being super warm and kind. The facilities were also great, the kids loved the pool and sports area, and the breakfast every morning was always super delicious! I would like to thank the staff Hugo, Sully, Carlito and Alberto for the exceptional service they provided us during our stay. We cannot wait to come back and stay at the Grand Cru Boutique again, we would choose this place over anywhere else!

This was by far the best hostel that we have ever stayed in. Our host and owner, Juan Pablo was very accomodating, helpful and kind. We felt very relaxed and comfortable and had access to all the facilities during our stay. The room was very clean and quiet, the decor was beautiful and the included Netflix on TV made it feel like home. We enjoyed the flexible self-service breakfast concept, where you can cook your own eggs on the stove and help yourself to what was available in the fridge (yoghurt, cheese, juice etc.) thank you Juan Pablo! 10/10!

Wonderful paradise! So beautiful and tranquil, little oasis! Staff are so helpful and wonderful. The grounds are ao relaxing with lots of little corners for relaxing etc. Highly recommend!

Our rooms are centuries-old wine barrels. It's only 3 kilometers to the main square of Santa Cruz.

The property was really beautiful. The rooms looked over the grape vines and was a stunning location. Room was wonderful- very comfortable beds, spacious, great bathroom facilities and the wine barrel design was really interesting. Staff were very helpful- we punctured a tire on our drive there and the staff helped call around to find a garage to help us. The pool was great and I booked a massage which was really good. Breakfast was a highlight- great selection of delicious food. Staff arranged a breakfast for us when we had to leave very early for a flight. Good location- a few minutes away from the main town. Highly recommended.

Wonderful property on the outskirts of Santa Cruz. Close to many wineries. The facilities , pools, game rooms, and bikes provided us with lots of things to do. The food at the restaurant was large portions and very good. Lots of areas to dine and specifically in the outdoor patio with the water flowing in the roof was great..The staff was great, making us feel welcome and giving us recommendations for things to see. The only negative were the curtains.
