Excellent location and spacious room with modern and clean facilities. The concierge is efficient compare to other hotels that I have stayed with. The front desk manager SanSan is truly remarkable with her proactive approach and made all my family members felt very welcome. In fact it is her I think that makes the hotel so special.

This is IHG new brand Hotel , just opening on last year. It's the tallest building around in that area with amazing city view or river view from room. I really like this hotel's design, it really shows the unique design of even style . The staff is super friendly and has been very helpful for guests who first time visit Suzhou.Hotel to connected Metro Line3&Line5, nice on site cafe, gym, and breakfast was excellent,Great for a transit overnight stay.
