A truly fantastic stay at Zhangjiajie Country Garden Phoenix Hotel! The hotel is luxurious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet was impressive with a wide variety of delicious options. What stood out the most was the staff - they are incredibly professional, helpful, and have good English skills. Their online English service was also a great help for planning our trips. Thank you for accommodating the special requests upon check-in and for upgrading the room. The view from the window is excellent. This stay is really worth the price, and since it is not peak tourist season in China, there is hardly any need to worry about queues during sightseeing, making for a relaxed trip. The hotel’s environment and facilities are very well-maintained, and the location is great. Just crossing the river leads to the East Gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, and turning right from the hotel takes you to the Charming Xiangxi Performance Center, which is very convenient. The hotel’s own restaurant also offers good dinner options. Highly recommended.
