Thirty one is an amazing place to stay! I visited during the low season and was the only person staying but I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. In particular, the staff are incredible. May is a wonderful person and made me feel very welcome! Not only did she organise everything for me to see the local attractions but also went above and beyond to include me in mealtimes, karaoke and teaching me to play mahjong 🀄 Great place, great people. Highly recommend 👍 Hope to see you again next time I am in China May!

Perfectly charming private villas tucked away in the resort. Awfully peaceful not sharing walls, just the birdsong. Staff were frightfully helpful, and the breakfast buffet ticked all the boxes - proper sausages and decent coffee included. Stayed late July. Entirely comfortable and rather better than expected. Would absolutely return. Jolly good value for the quality, quite dashed reasonable for what you get.

I want to especially emphasize the friendliness and warmth of the hotel staff. Their attentive care and dedication made my stay extremely enjoyable, especially in terms of activity arrangements. The hotel's location is superb, just about a ten-minute walk to the East Gate, and the night scenery is absolutely stunning. We even saw a drone show, which was incredibly exciting and beautiful. You definitely should take a stroll by the riverside bridge at night for even more unexpected surprises. Additionally, the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms are impeccable. I highly recommend this hotel.
