I loved everything about this hotel! The view was breathtaking and even more than I could have imagined. Choose the room with the view against the Sea and the ocean, it is soooo worth it! Really good breakfast and dinner. Room was beautiful and clean. Only five minutes drive to Tayrona. Cant complain about anything, staying here for three nights was an absolute dream.

Amazing hotel? Would definitely recommend it! Great resort, spacious and comfortable rooms and living areas and very good A/C. Great location? Close to Tyron Park. Beautiful beach just outside of the hotel and also very nice pool to chill when see is too choppy. Staff was very friendly and helpful, restaurant in the hotel had great food options too!

The location and its surroundings are stunning. Close walk to the beach and the perfect place for us as a family. Having monkeys and other local animals was the absolute highlight of the trip. We can’t be thankful enough with Katy, from Girona Travels the partner independent agency working with the hotel, who went many miles beyond to accommodate the needs of our big group. She is a jewel in this hotel and you will get fantastic experiences under her watch.

We loved the hotel. The hotel is in the middle of a forest, and the view is stunning. Staff are extremely kind, professional, and generous. Rooms are huge and equipped with everything needed. The Tyrona park is 10 min walk.

Everything. Do yourself a favor and book a couple of nights here to disconnect from routine and connect with nature, yoga and amazing food. The rooms are so beautiful and beds so comfortable. We didn't want to leave. All the staff were super nice and they make you feel like home. Definitely would go there again

The location of Quetzal Dorado is 17min walking distance from the Zaino Tayrona Entrance, or you can take a bus for 3k pesos (0.67Eur) We have breakfast included, and they were amazing as well as the full staff at the location, which service was top top. The Lodge itself was cleaned at all times. The room was well equipped for a relaxing experience. At dinner, you can have a panoramic view of the park while enjoying the meal. This is a true paradise hotel located into a forest - still being well separated from it to guarantee the necessary relax after a very long day (you're going to need it facing the long journey into the Tayrona park!). This honestly was one of the best hotel I've ever experienced in my life.
