Staff were exceptional - extremely efficient, friendly and proactive. We loved the different floor themes, and the rooms were very spacious. Being allowed to check into our rooms at 9am in the morning was very much appreciated. We travel so often, and it has been a long time since we experienced such warm and friendly reception staff. I’m allergic to pig meat and the hotel doesn’t provide another choice for the ham. I like the eggs with ham, turkey or chicken ham, and because of this I couldn’t have the breakfast I usually have. To me the breakfast is very important!

Superb stay for few nights in Medellín! The room was excellent, and we upgraded our room so we could enjoy the beautiful city and mountain views. Reception stafff was super friendly, special thanks to Yeisson for very professional and kind service! Also thanks to the ”Bellboys” who definitely improved the quality of hospitality and our overall experience. Only dissapointment was the hotel restaurant (breakfast was very good), you’d expect more in such a high quality hotel. Service was slow and many mistakes with orders. One night we got served by Jesica who was definitely most professional of all waiters, served us with a wide smile and positive vibe, thanks to her! Overall very good stay, would stay again! For safe transports to/from the airport you can ask the hotel reception :) (and for arriving in Medellin Airport, please spare 1-3 hours for the immigration!!! SUPER SLOW!

Great new room with wonderful view over town. Very attentive and friendly staff. And: it was quiet, so we slept very good. Small pool to relax and direct access to a wonderful shopping mall. Would totally stay here again.
