I am usually critical with every hotel stay. This hotel, however, was absolutely wonderful. Staff in every area of service were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond in their area. The hotel was clean, food and drinks were wonderful and easy to get, there were always sunbeds available, all staff were friendly, and everything moved smoothly (check in, meals, pool bar, room servicing, etc). This is one of the best all-inclusive resorts I've stayed in worldwide. Highly recommend.

Wonderful location, nice and clean beach, sufficiently equipped gym, three very clean outdoor pools and one indoor pool. Great food and service. Very helpful and polite staff. Room was spacious and we appreciated two sinks in the bathroom. Robes and house shoes at disposal as well. Highly recommended - we would choose this hotel again.

The room with a large balcony and sea view was as expected. The cleaners do a great job, hotel is clean and tidy. The breakfast is varied and excellent. Breakfast can be enjoyed outdoors near the pool. The swimming pool is a good size and there are plenty of sun loungers. Good selection of refreshing drinks at the pool bar. The staff is very helpful and friendly, the customer service is good in every way. The location is perfect, next to the beach and on the edge of town, yet close to good restaurants. Thank you

We wanted to spend our daughter's 2nd birthday at the hotel. We did not even tell anyone she has a B-day, and on the day, a cake was waiting for us at the room (I probably have entered her birth date when booking the accommodation). This was really a nice gesture and it made our day. We stayed on 5th floor and the view were amazing. The room was clean (and was cleaned on daily basis), and spacious. We took breakfast/dinner option and the food was great (I loved how dinner varied every night). There are restaurants within the complex so you can easily buy a lunch/dinner on the spot. The location is just perfect, hotel has its own beach which is super nice, and it is just next to the Nissi beach. Within the hotel here are numerous swimming pools which are 1m deep and one which is deeper (1.4m), it is simply a paradise for children. The hotel provides beach towels so you do not even have to bring one. The entertainment was also nicely organized, there were many activities during the day and Kids disco at 8PM followed by a show for everyone (e.g., Abba night, M. Jackson night etc.) The hotel organized a taxi transfer for us from and to Larnaca airport. And the last day since our flight was late we could still use the swimming pools after the check-out, and we could even take a shower before flight (I was amazed that they had a large, clean rooms with towels, hair dryers and everything you need to get ready for the flight). We overall loved our stay and we would definitely come back!
