I am usually critical with every hotel stay. This hotel, however, was absolutely wonderful. Staff in every area of service were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond in their area. The hotel was clean, food and drinks were wonderful and easy to get, there were always sunbeds available, all staff were friendly, and everything moved smoothly (check in, meals, pool bar, room servicing, etc). This is one of the best all-inclusive resorts I've stayed in worldwide. Highly recommend.

Excellent place to stay, the pool is amazing, perfect for relaxing. The area was great, basically situated on the beachfront. I also really enjoyed the food included in the room, the buffet at breakfast, lunch and dinner was incredible and never lacking.

The place really exceed all my expectations! Everything was great, from the apartment, the food, facilities and friendliness of the staff to the excellent location just a few minutes to the best beaches, and very close to shops and restaurants. The little beach in front of the hotel was a delightful bonus that was not even advertised! Most of all, we were extremely happy with One stop Entertainment who made sure our kids have non-stop fun. Thank you! In addition, the relaxed attitude of the staff and seamless operation of the whole team of the village was truly exceptional. We highly recommend it to everyone, especially for families with children.

The hotel located in the city surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops.. Less than 10 minutes comfortable walk from the beach. Working and easily adjustable aircon. Comfortable beds and well soundproofed rooms. Great choice of breakfasts and outstanding dinners. Reasonably priced drinks. Good size pools (2 bigger ones, 1 jacuzzi, 1 baby pool). There is live music every evening. Very helpful and attentive staff. There is a shop/bakery on site with a great choice of fresh sandwiches, salads and cakes.
