Everything! It was exactly what I wanted, a clean, quiet hotel with good facilities. The staff were all very professional and friendly too. Excellent value for money, having the pool and sauna was a real bonus. I had two massages in the spa and they were both very good. There was a nice atmosphere in the hotel, the other guests were friendly and polite, which is important for me travelling solo. It is also in a good location, quiet but near the Singing Fountain and the Collonade.

We love coming to the Falkensteiner. The staff are all so lovely, friendly and attentive. The modern room decor and furnishings are tasteful and elegant. The breakfast is absolutely wonderful.. As a vegetarian / vegan there are plenty of delicious options.

The excellent hotel, located just near the beautiful park. We've upgraded our stay to suite, that was spacious, nicely furnished, with the balcony and the view to the park. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent with plenty of hot and cold dishes. The dinner was perfect too, especially during the Chef Pavel shift. The staff is very professional and helpful, We'd like to note Mr. Macarchuk, who did everything to make our stay unforgettable.

The fully renovated historic Rezidence Villa Gloria can be found in the picturesque area of the Forest Source of Marianske Lazne and offers you nice views of the forest and the spa parks.

I had breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was everyday the same but still good and various. The dinner was excellent. Rooms clean and spacy. Tv with many channels. View from the window very good and peaceful. Daily cleaning. Staff very helpful, all of them, but Svetlana is just outstandind!
