The food was great, we enjoyed dinner and breakfast. The staff was very helpful, some of them speak Czech. The beds were comfortable. We also liked the hotel pool and sauna.

It is a lovely hotel in an idyllic location, surrounded by beautiful nature. The house is walking distance to the Elbe river. It features the wellness area with sauna and the bier garden right next to the house. Our booking included breakfast which was very nice as well. It was in another location with the terrace outlooking the river. There was no Wi-Fi in the room, which is intentional, but you can catch free Wi-Fi in the restaurant and beer garden , if needed.
It was a very relaxing stay and we loved it! Thank you!

This is a good hotel and the staff know it. A consequence is they are professional, polite, do their jobs with excellence. The breakfast was great, rooms spacious and clean, and facilities immaculate. Although we did not use the sauna (external to our cultural needs) many guests seemed to. Bad Schandau is a great little town, worth the visit and worth using to access the National Park.

Very helpful staff, wonderfully equipped sauna, it is especially nice to be welcomed with a drink of water or sparkling wine...
Amazing breakfast and good dinner.
This hotel has many additional benefits (bus tickets, sauna towels)
