The ambiance of the hotel, the good lighting throughout the hotel, the calming and relaxing effect of the centrally located fountain feature at reception, the thoroughly courteous and helpful service at check-in even though we arrived late at night (after 23:15H), splendid breakfast and service, good bed, wardrobe layout, full length mirror and lighting: convenient and pleasing, room was clean, work space was good as was the way lights were suitably placed.

This was a beautiful hotel in a central location. The breakfast menu was extensive and delicious. Staff were excellent. The room we had was brilliant. Plenty of space with a real feel of "luxury". This felt like an exceptional hotel.

Modern hotel very comfortable room . Spa @ swimming pool area was lovely to relax in . Easy walking distance to shops restaurants & attractions. Breakfast was very good with very lovely staff .

The spa was the reason I booked. The two temperatures of sauna and the outdoor space made for incredible relaxation during a stressful time. I hope the steam room is eventually fixed. The setting was comfortable and respectful. The gym was well equipped. Room quite comfortable, good shower. The airport shuttle was helpful. Within 15 minutes walk to train into town along a lovely forest/bike trail with beautiful trees.

The bed was good.
The spa area was also good, with relaxing areas, sauna, massage bed, mini pool...wish I had more time to use and enjoy the spa area.
