The staff is extremely friendly - everyone greeted us or even did some small talk. From the cleaning staff up to the manager. The gym and spa area is very clean and well equipped incl a great view to the mountains. As, I am pregnant, I was amazed how well the kitchen was prepared for that. I did not have to worry about eating anything which could harm my baby.

Setting was magnificent. Walked around the lake and found the experience exhilarating and energising...even though part of the track was fairly tricky to maneuver. The room was fabulous...great space and everything wonderfully appointed. Also very calming and 'on brand' with the original older building. Service and people so professional and attentive. Dining experience was super...pork belly was delicious! Only criticism ...once outside the Ameron site the #tourists was off-putting. Would I go back again...absolutely.

Really enjoyed the infrared sauna. Great breakfast which included everything I wanted. Also really liked my room including the bathroom. The reception was very lovely and accommodating.

We have got the upgrade and the room has views of both Hohenschwangau and Neuschwanstein castles. One from the balcony, the other from the window. It was lovely and relax stay. Staff did arrange tickets for us to both castles with great recoommendation. The property is in a short walk to castles, museum and the lake.

This hotel is located a few minutes' walk from Lake Forggensee, 8 km from Füssen town centre.

Very clean and comfortable room, we loved the beautiful wooden floor (no carpet, so much better against allergy ). Nice balcony. We had a peaceful night. Breakfast was perfect.
