The Staff does an amazing job, professional, effective and friendly, readily engaging, even assisting with solving unusual problems (fixing a scooter). The Schloss Lieser, obviously being a castle, is an unmatched location, worth the banner "Autograph". The breakfast experience was unique as well, again from the "royal" seating, over the broad selection of food items even including local sparkling to yet another subsection of friendly and professional staff. We very much enjoyed the wine tasting experience organized in the cellars of Schloss Lieser. From Schloss Lieser one can discover the fantastic Mosel area on foot, by bike or car. Countless wineries in walking distance.

We stayed at this hotel on our travels through Germany in 2025, and it turned out to be the most comfortable hotel we’ve visited all year. At first glance, it might seem unassuming or even a bit odd, but inside, everything is truly designed for the guests’ comfort. There’s an excellent sauna complex, fantastic mattresses, and all the amenities you need in the room. The interior is admittedly quirky, but it’s all very pleasant. Heated bathroom floors, a spacious shower, and clean, chlorine-free tap water made the stay feel even more luxurious. Breakfast was diverse and fresh, and there was a wonderful Italian restaurant with speedy service and delicious, delicately seasoned food—not oversalted like in many other places. The wine selection was excellent, and the staff was genuinely kind.

The whole staff!!! Very friendly and helpful. Special Kudos to the young team from Indonesia, the did a great job! The restaurant, awesome dishes with fresh ingredients and very tasty. The rooms are very nice and clean.

Well, it was a nice place for sure, but i am not sure really if it is really worth to the money. The pool was not very big although accessibility to the outside was a nice plus. The breakfast was also very good. The parking space was quite big and convenient.
