Very friendly and welcoming staff, very thoughtful. They asked if it was the first time in Barcelona and if it was the first time in the hotel. They sent a welcome drink with a special note. The facility is amazing, very central of everything, and easy connection to metro, bus, taxis. Rooms have high ceiling so you don’t feel crushed, and have bathtubs with is amazing.

location - situated in the middle of Barcelona’s shopping district and walking distance within many restaurants to choose from staff - absolutely friendly, helpful and thoughtful. My hubby had left his jacket in a cab the hotel help ordered for our journey to the train station. We called the hotel immediately and they promptly reached out to the driver to retrieve the jacket and sent it to our hotel in Madrid the next day. The check in staff also had noticed that I had checked in on my birthday and they arranged for a bottle of champagne to be delivered to our room. cleanliness - housekeeping came by 2-3 times a day and replenished our toiletries and water regularly breakfast - Hotel breakfast was amazing: a variety of pastries, cheeses and ham to choose from. cereals and fruits too. all food was freshly prepared and you can also choose hot food from the menu (part of the breakfast with no additional charges). The churros are my favourite ! we will definitely return !
