Location was a fair distance from Madrid Central but commutable by train. Reception welcomed in a friendly manner and answered all my questions. Buffet breakfast good.

Located in Pinto, just 20 minutes by car outside of Madrid, the hotel has direct access to the A4 and M50 Motorways. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

The position of the hotel is excellent, the historical importance of the building and the design of the hotel, the hygiene, the room, the comfort of the bed and pillows, the efficiency of the maids. we didn't have breakfast and dinner at the hotel (so many tapas bars and tavernas as well as Mercado de Miguel nearby 😄) so we can't rate that

Staff was very very kind. They upgrade our room, and were very kind with our daughter. Location is great, view is incredible. And room has a perfect size. Very comfortable.

Location, clean, despite being in the party street you don't hear any noise very good sound proof. The staff was Amazing, I must say Carol at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Keep it up coming back again soon.
