Our room was excellent and we were able to check in early and make use of the pool. Our family room had a large, private sun balcony with two loungers, table and chairs. Comfortable bed. Spacious living/relaxing area. Our bathroom had a bathtub and shower. Pool area was amazing. Breakfast was superb! We loved everything about our room and common spaces.

Apartments are spacious with large balconies. Perfect for families. Kitchen facilities allow breakfast and lunch to be taken care of in apt easily. Staff frequently change sheets/towels and clean apts. Pool areas are not too packed and kids splash area is a useful option along with the kids club. Location is a short walk along a pedestrian strip to the beach (there are lots of toys/umbrellas/balls available at reception to take to beach). Very safe and relaxed.

We liked the style of the hotel and gardens as a Canarian village, felt unique and well decorated
Breakfast was great with lots of choice
Great swimming pools and jacuzzi, and the spa was very luxury with great facilities especially the floating pool!

Very good breakfast, although very crowded at times. Tea was not good enough for british tastes. Massage in the spa was excellent, as was the room cleaning service.Beds were too soft
