We booked the Penthouse and Deluxe Suite - both with terraces and hot tubs. Absolutely fantastic! View spectacular. Nice touch to get a daily free refill of cava or beer - although it didn't turn up on our last day. Free parking was appreciated.

All your staff is super nice and friendly and speaks English if needed. When I have checked in I was dealing with Jessica, who has nicely surprised me a day after with complimentary bottle of Cava, balloons , a few pastries and a greeting card from all of you . Well done! Thank you !

The staff here is phenomenal. U can see, who ever runs this place, he knows what he's doing and has chosen excellent staff. Big love for ur whole team here. Especially the ladies (Laura & Nadia) and Fernando from the F&B department where outstanding. Also the whole building, rooms, pool etc. Is perfectly well maintained and in impeccable condition. Location is good if u don't want to be in the middle of everything, but within 15min ur in Ibiza Town. So thank u and we will come back if we can. Cheers
