The staff was just amazing! Friendly, accommodating and caring. Facilities were great! Food in the restaurants was very tasty and various (healthy options included). Kids club included an animator, and she was so so nice organizing every day activities. My kid didn't want to leave.

For me, Seaside Grand Hotel Residencia is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at: The whole resort radiates calm and relaxation - nice rooms (with fresh fruits every day and plenty of water included), a well-equipped gym and two enjoyable pools, comfortable sun-beds etc. Seaside Grand Hotel Residencia particularly excels in the area of staff/people and cuisine: Really every member of the staff was so kind, helpful and polite as well as service- and customer-oriented: This is special and fabulous! When it comes to cuisine it is exceptional what Wolfgang Grobauer and his team prepare, cook and serve. I have attached some delicious food pics. I will definitely stay at Seaside Grand Hotel Residencia again!

Came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Excelent property. Staff were very coria, helpfull and hospitable. Apartments were well.equipped and comfortable with daily housekeeping. Restaurant was good, lovely dinner on the night we arrived. However the prepaid Christmas gala dinner was a bit of the let down. The menu looked better than it tasted, not worth 90euros per person. The beach club was awesome and so was the spa.

We booked in christmas time. The hotel is very close to Yumbo and there are parties with DJ in weekend. There is a big swiming pool outside , spa area. Rayco and Carmelo from the bar and breakfast are very kind and friendly. Cleaning is very good and daily. Reception team is also profesional ( especially Alex) . The apartament is big enough and clean. Bed is big and comfortable for an excelent sleep during night time.
