I have only good things to say about this place! Thank you Francesca, Nati and the rest of the team. You guys went above and beyond to make our stay special. The staff is so friendly, and welcoming! The rooms are modern, new, spacious and very clean. We had half-board and both breakfasts and dinners, were varied with a selection of healthy options for people like me! The ground are beautifully kept, there's lounging areas everywhere, the pools are heated, and the gym was great too. Thank you so much for a very special trip!! We will definitely be back!

The swimming pools, especially the heated outdoor one are very nice. The palm trees and plants everywhere inside made it feel like living in the jungle without the bugs.

If you do not like this place, you will not find a place at all. From the arrival in the airport till departure it was all suberb. Great staff, great suite, excellent place to wind down and relax.

Immaculately clean, fantastic staff and good sized, well equipped 2-bed bungalow. Buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. Lovely clean beach and several restaurants/bars within 5 minutes walk. 10 min €7 taxi ride into Playa del Carmen.
