Lovely hotel with everything you need. Good and clean rooms, gym, great SPA, and relaxing health club. Good breakfast for all tastes. Nice and helpful staff. Free airport shuttle. You can find downstairs an agent for all tourist information and trips you want in Ethiopia.

It was great that they were able to check in early without charging. Furthermore, some parts of Spa such as the sauna, were included free of charge in the room rate, and it was a great place to relax after a hard day's work. With clean rooms, hot showers and a free shuttle to the airport, it was a very reasonable and satisfying stay!

great place to stay in Addis in Bole area near to airport. Excellent food and lovely staff. Spa is quite basic but very clean. Good massage, steam room and sauna. Great value for money and will definately stay there again.

The Room Service, Bar, Spa/Sauna facilties were great also breakfast was good. Moreover, I found the staff very friendly.

New and modern Hotel with a central and quiet location. Breakfast can be selected from a buffet or from the menu. The Gym is open 24hr so you can train when ever you like. I definitely recommend a massage in the spa area. The best thing tho, was the level of service we received. Every interaction with the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. They were always available to answer questions or provide recommendations, and they even went out of their way to anticipate my needs and make thoughtful gestures to enhance my stay.

The highlight of the stay were the thoughtful, friendly and helpful staff. They always went over and above, had suggestions when needed and made us laugh. The property is centrally located, close to parks, the science museum and short ride to the main city areas. It's beautiful to walk around, and the spa offers good massages, jacuzzi and sauna.

Breakfast was great! Stayed in a queen room which was very clean and the bed was really comfy! I used the steam and sauna too which was great after a long day and included in the price! I paid for a massage which was also amazing and well worth it. We were filming in Ethiopia for business and overall everyone had a great stay and it was well worth the price. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. The hotel is close to the airport so was very convenient.
