We stayed in a deluxe suite and the room was spacious and nicely decorated and we had a lovely balcony on the afternoon sun side. The location of the hotel is great, close to everything. The staff was very friendly and has a great service attitude. Special thanks to Helena and Lukas who made our stay most pleasant.

Just 5 minutes’ walk from Levi Fell’s ski slopes, this hotel features Spa Water World which includes pools and saunas. It also has an indoor playing area for children, a gym and a day spa.

The location, it was a great apartment, had all the facilities for a comfortable stay. Beautiful top floor apartment with wonderful views over the lakes and forest. We will be back for sure.

Very quiet but accessible by foot. Well equipped. It was lovely to have a pantry with all staples, dishwasher and an induction hob. The property was warm and cozy, which also means the washing dried quickly. Very comfortable beds with mattress toppers. Lots of indoor light. Sleighs for the kids in the ski maintenance room. I hadn’t realised this was a duplex rather than freestanding cabin but the sound insulation was superb.

Apartment was very comfortable, perfectly organised and equipped and clean. We felt like at home. Location is great for skiing.

Great value for money, easy to find and around 15-20 min walk from centre or 3 mins drive.

Location beautiful and peaceful and great for the kids to sledge outside. Plenty of sledges and wood in the shed. Spacious and comfortable. The photos don’t do it justice. Lovely place. I was worried about noise given some of the previous reviews but we could not hear our neighbours at all.
