We had the best time at the Playroom and it was a very smooth process even with our unforeseen travel plan changes. The host, Nicolas, was very swift in responding and super kind in accommodating our requests. The flat is on a very good spot with some independent restaurants and cafe's around in an otherwise rather quiet town. The proximity to St. Emilion is perfect. We loved the layout of the accommodation: whirlpool and playroom on the ground floor, en-suite bedroom leading to the living room and open dining/kitchen area on the first floor which opens up to the roof terrace. We didn't book the additional bedrooms which were locked up on the second floor with presumably another bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely had a fantastic time - especially in the centre piece of the house ;-)

Located next to the Dordogne River, this 19th-century Château is 3 km from Saint-Emilion. It has an outdoor swimming pool, a spa centre and soundproofed accommodation with free Wi-Fi.

We stayed at Claire and Mathew’s beautiful home for a 3 night stay. The room was very spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. We had a large well equipped bathroom off to the side of our bedroom and Claire cooked us a delicious meal one night. They are fabulous and kind hosts that went out of their way to make our stay very special. Their local restaurant recommendation was excellent too.

The property was very authentic, history overload. Very quiet. Superb pool. Outstanding hospitality by the chef/host, very personal attention which is rare in this region, as Bordeaux people are “special”. The Rose room is great, spacious and direct access to pool area. The property has a lovely ambiance inside with some very relaxing rooms to sit and enjoy an era long past. Easy access to some great restaurants and towns which the Host will recomend.
