Spa Hotels in Nîmes

From the moment we arrived at L’Imperator Maison Albar we knew we had chosen the right hotel for our stay in Nimes. This is an EXCEPTIONAL 5-star hotel and has truly set the benchmark for luxury and hospitality. Every detail of our stay was meticulously catered to, making it a very memorable experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a very warm welcome from GM Romaric Blanvillain. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were shown around the beautiful facilities and on to our room by the charming Rievelinio. The hotel combines class, elegance and warmth, with beautiful interior decor and clever use of space and architecture. The pool is heavenly - in fact there are two pools to choose from, an indoor pool next to the spa and an outdoor pool with plenty of sun loungers and peace and quiet. By the pool we were looked after by Quentin with an impressive level of courtesy and efficiency. Breakfast was wonderful (thanks to Natalie and Romane) and served in a calm setting, with the choice of indoor or outdoor seating. What truly sets L’Imperator apart is the exceptional service provided by the team and the way they make guests feel. Many hotels try to be hospitable because that is their job, they are ‘paid to smile’, but the Albar staff are happy to be there and show genuine care for each guest- even remembering guests names when greeting them. Special mention to the Hero’s Pierre and Benjamin, who both went above and beyond in their assistance and care. And the exceptional Fabien (so speedy) Tristan and Frederic, Kaoutar, Doriane, Karla, Clara, Maxime, Imrane, Sabah and Claire. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a truly exceptional stay. We have already re-booked to stay again…it is worth visiting Nimes just to stay at L’Imperator.

Quirky beautiful tasteful astonishing. Can we keep it a secret??

We had a lovely stay at ‘La Chambre Haut. Jean-Jacques was the perfect host. The rooms were modern, beautifully clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi after a long day sightseeing. If we were in the area we would definitely stay here again. Jean-Jacques went out of his way to do everything for us.

The property is situated in the countryside. It is so peaceful, and aside from the flat, there's a huge garden for your exclusive use and the swimming pool. The hosts Patrick & Muriel are fantastic.

A beautiful oasis of calm & luxury in equal measure. Fantastic pool area, plus private jacuzzi & sauna meant for the relaxing of days in the 40 degree heat outside. Manuel was the perfect host, with nothing being too much trouble throughout our day stay, with excellent dinner recommendations in Nîmes and Uzes, plus his local knowledge of night markets and things to see and do. There is an option to use the little gym, as well as the bikes (and e-bikes), but it was too hot (and hilly on the roads) for either for us. The breakfast hamper each morning was also generous and of a very high quality. Merci Beaucoup!
