Our overall stay was wonderful, the room was big and nicely decorated, with a big and confortable bed, we could set up the temperature best for us, we had all we needed. The location is really great also, 4 minutes walk from the train station, just across the Christmas market and very close to all the shops and restaurants. Very nice and welcoming staff also :)

Very comfortable and stylish room. Netflix on the TV was an unexpected and very nice addition, balcony was nice. Automated curtains blocking out the sun where extremely effective!

We choose not to have breakfast. Location excellent. Lovely walk into Tours along the banks of the Loire. Strolled around Tours then took taxi back to hotel. Staff extremely helpful.
