The room was basic but perfectly suited for a stay for skiing. The hotel is comfortable and full of character. The staff were all very friendly and always said hello and smiled. I speak French so it was easy to communicate. Previous reviews say that the staff speak little English, but this is France and they should not be automatically expected to have to speak English! That would be my view. The breakfast was simple but wholesome and perfect before a day of skiing - breads, croissants and pains au chocolats, jams, cereals, fruit, coffee - nothing more needed. Dinner in the evening we ordered from the à la carte menu - delicious! Would highly recommend. If we return to ski in PSV we will surely look again to stay here. Thank you!

The location is fantastic - Just 200m from the ski lifts and rental shop and a short walk from the cute old town and lots of restaurants. The flat was lovely and spacious with three double room (one has bunk beds), would easily accommodate six people in comfort. Generous supplies of the things you need such as condiments, loo rolls, dishwasher tablets etc. Finally, our host was fantastic with lots of communication and bent over backwards to make sure we had a great stay. I'd be very happy to book this apartment again.

We had a great 8-night stay in Chalet L Altizoard. The house is super cozy yet very modern. It is excellently equipped. All furniture and appliances are new, the sauna and jacuzzi are top, the beds are very comfortable and the views of the mountain and the city are awesome. Caroline is an excellent host and it is obvious she has put a lot of effort in making sure her house is the perfect holiday home.

Overall, this was an excellent experience. The hotel and the ski resort were above my expectations. The pistes were very beginner-friendly for me but there were also more challenging ones were available for my partner (advanced level) I really liked how all the ski resort connected with each section, it was very easy to go from one side of the mountain to the other which gives you the opportunity to explore the whole area. Having a ski-in hotel was also an added bonus, the location of the hotel is really perfect just in front of the lifts. The hotel also has so many relaxing opportunities after a day of ski: pool, sauna, bonfire, goûter… everything was amazing!

This hotel was lovely. We stayed for 7 nights. The staff were welcoming, kind and friendly. The room was very clean, the bed was really comfy and we slept very well. The access to the spa was super. The breakfast was great.
