Staff were all friendly - from the reception to the breakfast support. They seemed happy to be there, which makes all the difference. Breakfast was by far the best we had while travelling around the UK (I must say we usually have continental breakfast, so the options available made all the difference here). Location is also very convenient.

The place was lovely, clean and private. Although there are other accommodations nearby you dont notice them at all and we felt very secluded it was a superb stay, the space, fire and hot tub were just perfect. The bed was comfy and spacious we wish we had stayed longer! Thank you :)

Owner friendly and communication was good. Incredibly clean and comfortable accommodation within walking distance of the sea front. No problem parking.

Everything was exceptional. My room was upgraded. The staff is friendly. All around is clean and cozy. The room has everything you need. The hairdryer is located near the table with the mirror, which is very convenient. TVs in every room. Lighting deserves special attention. There is general light - bright for the whole room, and dim, muted and lamp. Switches in perfect locations. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom has large dispensers with soap, hand lotion and shampoo. Swimming pool, jacuzzii, sauna are good. They have a nice view of the garden. Schedule is amazing: swimming pool and gym open very early and close at 2200.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. We had the suite and it was fantastic. We had our own little room for dinner and breakfast so we could take our doggy with us. We highly recommend Hempstead house hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay! Super convenient walk to the main areas and across the street from such a lovely garden. The giant, super-comfy bed was a dream, and the separate, spacious living room and kitchen area made it feel like a true home away from home.
