The house was comfortable, homely and warm. Everywhere was very clean and well presented. Henna was very helpful and gave us any information we needed. There was an excellent information folder. Buses and trains provide easy access to the city centre. However, we found Uber the best and cheapest option.

I love this hotel, it is so well situated right in the middle of the city. Easy walk to Cardiff Castle as well as the various shopping outlets. So many restaurants and bars to choose from. The staff are always helpful, this is my second visit and front of house staff, especially, Keith not only remembered me but my preferences. I enjoyed the Sunday roast as well as breakfast before I left - both value for money. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel location in the city centre was perfect for our NYE celebrations, the hotel was clean and staff were fantastic. The room was lovely beautiful big room extremely spacious and comfortable bed and clean room. For the price we payed for NYE it was excellent value for money and the access to the spa even after check out was perfect and even better noon check out. Our room was the side of all the nightclubs but we had a decent night's sleep and couldn't hear the noise outside which was great as I was worried about all the clubs outside.
