It was my 50th birthday and one of the ladies at reception came to my room and give me a plate with Happy birthday and brownies with strawberries and 2 mini bottles of wine. I felt very spoilt 😁.

Everything. Location was perfect, right on Leicester square, a breezy 5 mins walk to Soho & Chinatown & 10 mins stroll to Covent garden. Room is spacious & it has a huge shower with 3 shower heads including a lower one built for children usage (I think). Brilliant hot water pressure which was welcoming after a long trip Staff are super friendly & approachable. Room was quickly cleaned when I was out for lunch. Breakfast is amazing. I love it that breakfast has a great selection of tropical fruits including the yummy mangoes.

We received a lovely warm welcome and the staff were friendly and attentive. The location was fabulous, within walking distance of local sites like St. Paul’s Cathedral or just a short tube ride away from The West End or Excel Centre which we visited for an exhibition. All in all, a fabulous stay.
