Lovely, quiet and elegant. I would have liked to stay longer to enjoy the b grounds. My suitcase had been lost by National Express and when I arrived at midnight the whole staff at the desk turned out to help me file a claim, make me tea, etc. Thanks to Susan and the rest of them my bag was found!

Breakfast was great. Great selection of ales in bar. Loved the gym, very modern equipment. Location was excellent for touring Chester.
