Overall an amazing stay.Super clean room,great facilities,spacious and clean pool and the stuff was friendly and helpful.Cant wait to visit again.

We got a room upgrade so everything was great from the very start :)Breakfast has a variety of foods from sweet to savoury, and staff is always mindful of cleanliness and freshness of food. You can eat by the pool. The hotel has some parking spots next to it and there’s a larger unpaved parking towards the beach. Overall we were happy with our stay, the hotel is very clean and the beach is nearby.

It was just great. All the experience. The receptionist Rafaela was so nice and sweet. She was so polite, welcoming and supportive. You are very lucky to have her. About the room. It was super clear and tidy. Even better then the photos. Thank you guys for very pleasant experience. We will definitely come back

Where to start.. this place has the whole package! Views/ room quality/ amazing breakfast/ friendly staff/ beautifully kept gardens. The rooms are all modern and stylish. Their is a bar and mini bar in your room too. We visited the local restaurant just up the hill, the atmosphere is so lovely and welcoming there. You do ideally need a car to sightsee as it’s very remote. Lefkada harbour is very beautiful with lovely bars/ restaurants, you can easily just take a stroll and stop off for a bite to eat/ drink as we did. We visited the castle directly across the mountains which is now unfortunately just ruins, the local farmer let’s his cattle roam. However on the drive back we discovered a old town that was destroyed by a earthquake and that was very pretty. It had baby pigs/ lambs etc just roaming it was lovely. Beaches lovely. We drove down to the one with the 100 steps with the broken bridge, was lovely. Made a stop for a beautiful Greek salad on route in a restaurant called Greco Levante it was lovely. So many people would drive past then you’d see them reverse and come in. The views are also very beautiful. So all in all if your lucky enough to stay at the katouna spa I’m very envious as it truly is stunning.

We made Crystal Waters our home for the whole month of July! And loved every minute. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Ali and Theo who took our bags straight off us! From then the check in was smooth and Ali went out of his way during our whole stay and made us feel right at home with whatever we needed whenever we needed it - he was outstanding! Both Ali and Theo were there and friendly the whole stay. Our room was a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with additional toilet downstairs - it was such a well appointed room and very clean - with the cleaning staff daily not missing a beat in refreshing our room. SO nice to walk back into everyday. The breakfast was easily one of the best resort buffets I've experienced - great variety did not disappoint our fussy kids eating habits either - special mention to Ioanna who made our kids feel special and made a great impression off the bat. She was the sole reason our shy kids felt comfortable going down to the kids club to give us some adult time to enjoy the amazing cocktails in the Pool bar from George the barman. George (the barman) made us feel so welcome and his customer service is next level - not to mention his amazing cocktail making skills!!!! Sooooo good!!!! Stathie the Poolside server was just unreal - his attention and customer service was stellar, like George, Stathie made us feel right at home and nothing was ever a problem - he's definitely like George an asset to Crystal Waters!! The Poolside service and Poolside menu was delicious and fresh catering to the kids menu was on point and so was the adult menu - super tasty with great quality, the chicken cesar and the chicken wraps where definitely on high rotation on our month long stay by the pool for lunch! Not to forget Satoris too for his customer service around the pool was amazing! The food at the restaurant was epic too - the signature chef has nailed it at the main restaurant and the room service menu was again awesome!!

The beach is out of this world. Breakfast items were all of high quality, freshly squeezed orange juice, great coffee. Bedrooms have incredible architecture and are impeccably clean. The view is to die for and the service is top. I totally recommend this for a couple getaway or with families with older kids.

It was immaculate, and very tastefully done . Hi spec throughout. Demetrius has done a wonderful job with these apartments, having individual pools was amazing and only 10-15 min walk into centre

Host was very friendly and always available. Everything was just as it says online and on pictures. We enjoyed beautiful nature, the pool and sauna. The Villa was also great.
