The hospitality from all the employees. Me and my partner got engaged during our trip. The hotel staff did everything to make sure we had an even more memorable trip. From a special table in the hotel restaurant Mavro with a beautiful dinner, to a boat trip to celebrate our engagement. Apostolia, Thanasis, Kostantinos & Aris thank you very much for everything! Regarding the room everything was amazing! From our private jacuzzi with sunset view, a state of the art sound system.

The hotel is very nice and modern. They are offering a lot. You have free transfer to Fira and OIA. The hotel workers were all great! Nicolas made us some good cocktails and Nicole took care for our special wishes. Thanks for having us there, we enjoyed our time there. Definitely recommend this hotel.

A few days ago, I stayed at this hotel, which has incredible views, but in addition to that, the service from the staff is top-notch! During my stay, they attended to all our requests, from getting us taxis for transportation, laundry services, and arranging tours. I especially want to recognize the service of Adriani, who helped me send a jacket I had forgotten at this hotel from one island to another; she managed the entire shipment. I couldn't be happier with the experience and service! I will come back for sure!!

Our stay at Altana Heritage Suites exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the kind and attentive staff, who made us feel at home right away, giving us great tips on places to visits, best restaurants... The suite itself was stunning—elegantly designed, immaculately clean, and full of charm. The breathtaking view over the caldera was amazing. Watching the sunset from our private terrace and the pool alone was like something out of a dream. The breakfast served at your own terrace enjoying the view with birds coming for some crumbs was just the cherry on top ! We can’t wait to return!

We had a wunderful stay at Gorgona / Krokos villas. The team was fabulous. We really want to Thank Stelina, John, Fasil and all the team who made our holiday so special. Very helpful, super kind and always a smile :-) -you make a Great Job! Unfortunatly we had not the best weather during our stay, so we had enough time to relax in this nice accommodation. It has been my 5th time at Krokos villas and I always would come back again…

We would like to thank Jenny and the staff who were so helpful and did everything in their power to make our stay enjoyable. Our room was very clean, a comfortable bed and a balcony with a magnificent view over the caldera. There is plenty of choice for breakfast which is served on your balcony. The pool is big enough for a swim which was welcome at the end of the day. We definitely recommend this hotel.
