The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The staff assisted us with all our queries (especially to navigate the TV to watch the olympics). It was great to be able to access all 4 pools on the property. The hotel and room were very stylish and modern. Lovely that the aircon made no noise but kept the room so cool. Breakfast was amazing with the wide selection.

The personnel in the hotel is the best we have ever met! The rooms were clean, the stuff was always very helpful, all our requests were solved immediately. The hotel is very child-friendly: in the room we have got a prepared crib for our infant, in the restaurant the feeding chairs are available, there is also special shallow part in the swimming pool dedicated for kids. Our stay was a great experience! We would like to say the best greetings and words of appreciation to the wonderful restaurant, reception and housekeeping stuff! First of all, Mary the lovely person in the reception Welcome you like a family. You get the feeling that they want you to enjoy your stay and will do all that really will happen. Also, the pool and the staff of the bar were friendly and professional. The option to rent motorcycle from the hotel was brilliant decision, we succeeded to see a lot because of that.
