This hotel is beautiful, we stayed here for 6 nights and didn't want to leave. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, from the moment we arrived they helped get us checked in and took our bags to our room. Denise showed us to our room and showed us how everything worked, which was really nice. The food really is something that this hotel does well (especially for an All Inclusive) namely the Meze lunch bar which we couldn't believe was included in the all inclusive 😍 great cocktail menu, recommend the Hugo!! Hopefully we'll return again!

Everything about this hotel and all staff was extraordinary. All people were so nice, always smiling, willing to help. My husband and I travel a lot, but this time we were surprised in all ways - service, beauty of hotel, massages, help from concierge to book everything that we needed. The food was great as well. I cannot imagine better place for vacation so far. Loved it and definitely coming back! 🤗

The Stuff was very Friendly and Helpful all the time! The Room with the pool Was Really Comfortable, Luxury and with a great view! George was super attentive from the get-go, making sure of our arrival time and that we had all information and access codes before we even arrived on the island. The apartment in the very center of Zakynthos was a perfect choice! The location is excellent everything is within walking distance, including shops, restaurants, and the port. Location is perfect We've managed to find free parking very close. 5 min to the port. So many nice restaurants and bars around. Apartment well made, comfortable and useful. We found some welcome water, juice and snacks 😋. Very nice and helpful owner. Always in touch. Highly recommend
