The experience at Noemia was a fabulous one. Everything new, freshly renovated, exceptionally clean and the view from the terrace magnificent. The hosts were exceptionally hospitable, they helped me with the transfer from the airport, they accompanied me to the most beautiful beach in the area. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I can’t say enough great things about our stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome — always friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything we needed. The food was absolutely exceptional. Every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and offered a great variety to suit all tastes. Whether it was the breakfast buffet, poolside snacks, or dinner at the on-site restaurant, everything was fresh and flavorful. The amenities were top-notch. The pools were sparkling clean and the perfect place to relax during the day, while the private beach access was a dream — clean sand, clear water, and plenty of loungers available. Everything throughout the property was well-maintained and spotless, which really made a difference in our overall experience. If you’re looking for a relaxing, high-quality getaway with amazing service, great food, and beautiful surroundings, this hotel is the place to go. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Very cozy and quite boutique hotel in Loutraki, Skopelos. Very friendly environment with very friendly staff. It is far from the Skopelos town but this was our decision.

This hotel complex is ideally situated in Skopelos, just 800 metres from the town centre and the harbour. The property boasts magnificent views over the sea and the picturesque mainland houses.

Great service and very friendly staff - the hotel is the same that the Mamma Mia Cast stayed in, very cool pictures in the lobby and restaurant and interesting stories from the staff with the hotel being a very authentic and cozy place! Location and views of the town are great as well - can def recommend 10/10!

Having never been to Greece before, our family trip to Skiathos was a fantastic experience on a beautiful island. The villa was everything we wanted and more. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The villa is very close to the main street where all the restaurants and bars are located and only a 10 minute walk to the port for catching the boats/ferries to the islands nearby. The pool and air con at the villa were very much needed with the tempartures we had each day! Chris and Rea were exceptional hosts and the bbq they provided for us one evening was a great opportunity to get to know them. Would definitely go back there and would recommend it to anybody who is looking for a stay on the island.

The host, Stavros, was very kind and friendly. He offer to take us back to the airport and the most important for my wife was that he shared with us some rosemary and other plants from his garden. Hugs from my wife!!:)) The view which is amazing!! The area which is quiet, the ATVs are not such a problem with the noise over the night. Facilities were good, was clean and the mattress was very comfortable. I really appreciate the bed because I'm tall(1.95m) and I had no problem with the length of it. Bus station is close, bus stop 5. Also around is a renting ATVs which was ok and I recommend them. If you want to catch the beautiful sun rise around Megas Gialos beach (10-15min) or to explore the north island beaches, monasteries this can be very useful. Net mosquito are very useful, especially in the night when the AC is not need it. Good water pressure at the shower.

The garden is nice, clean and has space for kids and pool was very nice. The rooms were simple but OK, enough space.

Aspa Victoria features a hot tub and free private parking, and is within 1 km of Troulos Beach and 8.4 km of Skiathos' Port.
